Event tickets are exceptions regarding the return of products bought through the internet as with the GEO no 34/2014, so the consumers doesn’t have the right to return them.
Using the form bellow you can register your ticket return request. You may request the ticket value in case the event was cancelled/postponed or in the case that your order has the Carefree option.
Carefree Service Rules
By choosing the Carefree Service, you secure your right to return your tickets. Place make sure that you understand the terms and conditions under which the Carefree Service is provided.
Through the Carefree Service, Eventim.ro guarantees the right to not participate in the event for which you have already purchased your tickets, under the following conditions (the Eventim Carefree Service is also applied for cancelled and modified events, as well as for instances when the event organiser enters insolvency).
- Carefree Service claim 14 days before the day of the event guarantees 100% refund of ticket price.
- Carefree Service claim 13 days to 7 days before the day of the event guarantees 50% refund of ticket price.
- For print@home tickets, the time is calculated from the date in which the client sends in their Carefree Service claim.
- For regular tickets, the time is calculated from the moment we receive an envelope containing the original tickets.
- For orders whose payment was completed more than 6 months in the past, further details are needed for the refund (IBAN and account owner’s name).
Regular tickets must be sent to Eventim by courier, at the following address: Popa Petre 5 street, Postal Code: 020801, Bucharest. The refund will be made into the same account which was used for purchasing the tickets. The cost for courier delivery of tickets is covered by the ticket buyer.
